Questions
What happens to my video?
Your video is deleted as soon as your analysis finishes. Without an account, key-frame images, body points and reports are deleted within 7 days, and may be removed sooner during the beta; you can delete them right away with Delete my data now. With an account, we keep each report, with its key-frame images and body points, for 1 year from the day you made it, so you can track your progress; then that report is deleted. Your account (email, sign-up and consent records) stays while it has reports; once it has no reports, it's deleted after 12 months without a sign-in. You can delete any report or your whole account anytime, and it takes effect immediately. We don't keep backups of account data; deleted data may remain in our database's internal version history for up to 1 hour, then it's gone.
Who can use it?
You must be 18 or older. The beta is available in the United States only. Not available to residents of Illinois, Texas or Washington during the beta. Accounts are optional and for US residents 18 or older; they aren't available to residents of Illinois, Texas or Washington during the beta.
What does an account keep, and for how long?
Your email, state of residence, language, consent records, your reports, key-frame images (head blurred, with a body overlay) and body points (not face points). Each report is kept for 1 year after you made it, unless you delete it sooner. Your account (email, sign-up and consent records) stays while it has reports. Once it has no reports, it's deleted after 12 months without a sign-in. Your video is deleted right after analysis and is never kept in your account. Face points are used only on our server, while your swing is analyzed, to blur your face, and are never kept. You can delete any report or your whole account anytime on My swings. Reports in your account can only be opened when you're signed in.
Is my swing data used to train models?
No. Swing data is not used to train models. Body points are measured by software that runs on our server, and Google Gemini is not used during the beta.
Is this medical advice?
No. Not medical advice. Golf can strain your back, shoulders and wrists. Stop if you feel pain and consult a qualified professional.
What doesn't it measure?
It only sees your body. It does not measure club face, swing path or ball flight.
Does it cost anything?
The beta is free. We don't ask for a card, and there's no automatic switch to a paid plan.
